For churches & youth organisations

Focus on the camp, not the spreadsheets.

Registrations, day sheets, and leader rotas — in one place. Built for the people who organise camps between their actual jobs.

A week on the ground

Make camp prep feel like camp.

Registrations, dietary lists, and leader rotas stay straight in the background — so you can be where the camp actually happens. Organising should feel light, not like dull office work.

Collecting contributions

Collecting contributions is optional. When you use it, YTHCamp keeps €1.00 per successful payment (1.00 in your organisation's currency). Your organisation pays Stripe's fees. Participants pay the contribution amount you set — for example, a €50 contribution means the participant pays €50, YTHCamp keeps €1.00, and Stripe's fee is on your organisation.

Questions

Frequently asked

Who is YTHCamp for?
Churches, youth organisations, and volunteer teams who run camps. If you currently manage sign-ups in spreadsheets and WhatsApp, you are the audience.
Why YTHCamp?
So camp prep feels like camp — not dull office work. Tools stay simple and a bit human: registrations, day sheets, and rotas in one place, with small celebrations when real milestones land.
Is it really free during launch?
Yes. All plans are free while we launch. We will give fair notice before any paid pricing starts.
Can we collect a camp contribution?
Yes. You can collect a full contribution, a deposit, or let participants pay later. They pay the amount you set.
Who receives the money?
Payments go straight to your organisation’s Stripe account. YTHCamp never holds the contribution.
What does YTHCamp charge per payment?
YTHCamp keeps €1.00 per successful payment (in your organisation’s currency). Your organisation pays Stripe’s fees. Participants pay only the contribution amount.
Can we handle participant data carefully?
Your organisation stays the controller for participant data. We process it on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how that works under GDPR.
Do you support dietary needs and emergency contacts?
Yes. Build registration forms with the fields you need — dietary requirements, emergency contacts, consent, room preferences, and more.
Can last year’s camp be reused?
You can archive a camp and keep its forms. Duplicating a previous camp (with forms and activities) is on the roadmap for rotating volunteer teams.
